2020年工作回顾： 2020年是全面建成小康社会目标实现之年，是“十三五”规划收官之年，是浦东开发开放30周年，也是川沙改革发展历程中不平凡的一年。在区委区政府的坚强领导下，在全镇各级党组织和广大党员、干部群众的共同努力下，对标新区“十三五”规划明确的“建设开放、创新、高品质的浦东”主线，川沙新镇创建成为“国家卫生镇”，创建成为上海市“文明镇”、“无五违”居村、“无五违”街镇、“双拥模范镇”，获得“上海市信访系统先进集体”“上海市平安示范社区”等称号，川沙古镇获批“国家3A级旅游景区”，连民村顺利通过上海市乡村振兴示范村验收。今年新冠疫情发生以来，统筹抓好疫情防控和经济发展，全面完成年度各项目标任务，川沙经济、社会、文化、生态文明和党的建设事业持续健康发展。

2021年工作总体目标：以习近平总书记在浦东开发开放30周年庆祝大会重要讲话为根本遵循，按照总书记对上海“四个放在”和对浦东“三个在于”的定位要求，立足中央赋予浦东社会主义现代化建设引领区，立足浦东“五个中心”建设，立足川沙经济社会高质量发展，围绕浦东“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标对川沙的发展定位暨“东部要打造更展的翼，做强川沙城市副中心”，以“城乡一体化示范区”为战略目标，以“一中心、四片区”为发展布局，抓实六“点”工作举措，勇于挑最重的担子，敢于啃最硬的骨头，不断拿出新作为、创造新奇迹、展现新气象，在新征程中吹响川沙高质量发展的号角，推动经济强镇、产业重镇、文化名镇、幸福新镇建设迈上新台阶，奋力为浦东高水平改革开放新局面作出新的更大贡献。
