自1月7日启动以来
历时2个多月，近日圆满完成
一批讲政治、守规矩
善服务、敢担当的优秀党员
选进了居村党组织领导班子
88个居村党组织的组织力得到进一步的提升
为川沙践行“人民城市人民建
人民城市为人民”重要理念
全面加强党组织领导的居村组织体系建设
实现党建引领社会治理

本次选举采取“两推一选”方式，5958名党员参加了居村换届选举，共产生居村党组织书记88名，副书记53名，委员277名。通过换届，一批高学历的80后、90后进入居村党组织班子，实现了年龄、学历“一降一升”。

一是实行“大包干”。班子领导、机关干部按照“网格化管理、组团式合作”方式，全员参与到换届选举中，既做好联络员，又当好指导员，真正把力量拧起来。

二是组织“大培训”。分层分类开展全员培训，让每个基层党组织和联络员，做到换届政策了然于胸、选区选情成竹在胸。
