1、川沙
背景：原上海市川沙县治城厢镇。浦东的第一大镇，位于浦东新区东南部，1993年撤销川沙县，设浦东新区后改为川沙镇。
景点：川沙老街、黄炎培故居、宋氏家族居住地、川沙公园、古城墙、天主堂等。
交通：交通便利，陆上有多条公交线路直达。
地铁2号线东延伸至浦东国际机场，其中经过川沙。

2、大团
背景：大团古镇是浦东南汇东南部地区重镇，始建于公元1568年（明朝隆庆二年），清乾隆年间，由于盐业的逐渐兴盛，贸易活动日益增多，大团镇成为方圆数十里农、牧、副、渔、手工业产品的集散地，为南汇县四大镇之一。
北大街两侧主要建筑多为清末民初年间建造，较有名的有潘氏宅第，定慧庵，西粮管所等。青瓦白墙是这个时期建筑的独特风格。
景点：王家花园、适庐等。
特产：大团水蜜桃。
交通：交通便利，地铁转陆上交通直达。

3、高桥
背景：高桥古镇位于上海浦东新区北部，始建于自北宋建隆元年（960年），历来为军事要地和滨海重镇。上海开埠后，多受海派文化影响，古镇建筑中西合璧，2010年被评选为中国历史文化名镇。
高桥古镇拥有悠久的历史、深厚的文化底蕴和独特的人文景观，是浦东历史上四大名镇之一，这里集中了上海浦东超过三分之一的名胜古迹、名宅故居，同时也是浦东“三刀一针（泥刀、菜刀、剪刀和绣花针）”的发祥地。
景点：高桥老街、历史文化陈列馆、高桥绒绣馆、钱惠安纪念馆、仰贤堂、高桥公园等。
特产：高桥松饼，高桥薄脆，高桥松糕和一捏酥。

4、横沔
背景：
原横沔镇地区位于浦东新区中部，是川沙、南汇的重要商品集散地。横沔之名始于明代，据传横沔港形似旗杆，其南端的摇纱港西北走向，至小高峰地与东西向的沿船港交汇，呈三角旗状，小高峰是块氽地，恰似旗珠，俗有歇后语“旗杆跌倒─—横沔（眠）”之说，横沔之名因此而得。1910年（清宣统二年），横沔建乡，设乡政府于该镇，乡名遂定为横沔。1978年，乡政府在该镇西3公里处创办食品厂，随后，各部门在这里兴建厂房、商店及其他事业单位。1981年，乡政府迁于此，于是形成一个新镇，在客观上较好地保存了横沔古镇面貌。2000年7月，经市政府批准，撤销康桥镇、横沔镇建制，建立新的康桥镇。

5、六灶
背景：
六灶镇位于南汇西北， 2012年撤销六灶镇并入川沙新镇。六灶名称源于古时“盐灶”，当地排行第六，因而得名“六灶”。
浦东南汇六灶古镇，青灰色的古镇，一字排开的街区格局，保留了西市圈内，马家房子，典当房子等建筑以及萧王庙，城隍庙，镇港庙，关帝庙等建筑。很有特色的建筑，但都已经全部破败了。

6、三林塘
背景：
三林塘老街又称三林老街，位于浦东新区三林镇。三林古镇由西林街、中林街、东林街组成，三林塘横贯古镇东西。老街长约500米。
三林发祥于北宋末年，鼎盛于明清。始建祖林乐耕五次参加科考全都名落孙山，于是决意不入仕途，携妻带二子来到此地，择一河边定居。他令两个儿子分别在上游和下游建庄，他居中游。因其姓林，三庄相连，合称“三林庄”，河流便称“三林塘”，“三林塘古镇”由此而来。
2004年，上海市政府在三林开工建设世博家园，为世博园一线动迁居民营造新家，三林由此被赋予一个新的名称——世博后花园。如今的三林老街也被包围在高楼大厦群之中。

特产：
“三宝”（崩瓜、酱菜、标布），“三绝”（瓷刻、本帮菜、刺绣），“三特”（舞龙、三月半圣堂庙会、城隍出巡）一直盛名。现在油炸肉皮、崩瓜、酱菜还可寻。

7、新场
背景：
新场古镇位于浦东新区南部，唐末宋初即有人民在此栖居生息，唐天宝十年（751年），时新场地区为吴郡华亭县辖区。古称“石笋里”，素有“小小新场赛苏州”之美誉。作为千年古镇，新场积聚了厚重的历史文化，以其静谧、美丽、多姿得到了世人的青睐。小桥、流水、人家、长街、茶楼、老店、小庙与古寺，共同构成了一幅江南水乡图。新场古镇还曾被大导演李安看重，成为电影《色戒》的摄制地。
景点：
牌坊（三世二品坊、石笋里牌楼），拱桥（包家桥、洪福桥、千秋桥），宅第厅堂（张氏宅第、胡桂清宅、奚家厅、陆氏宅），庙寺庵堂（南山禅寺、东岳观、耶稣堂）等。

8、下沙
背景：
下沙老街是被上海市政府列入44处历史风貌保护区的老街，下沙老街东起咸塘港边，西到沪南公路。老街几乎没有老建筑了，也没有名人故居或者大宅院，取而代之的都是近二、三十年新建的房屋。是一条名存实亡的老街了。
特产：下沙烧卖。

9、召稼楼
背景：
召稼楼位于闵行区浦江镇，是上海最早垦荒种地的地区，是上海农耕文化的起源。源起于元朝初期，兴于明朝嘉靖、万历年间，横跨元明清三个朝代。明朝工部右侍郞曾在此建楼鸣钟以召农耕，因此名曰“召稼楼”。这里有荷花墙、骑马墙、青砖黛瓦等充满明清文化韵味的建筑，还有着江南水乡小桥、流水、人家所共有的风貌特征，只是它古镇不“古”，利用了召稼楼的历史典故和明清文化，按七宝、周庄、朱家角、同里等甚至我们以前的闵行老街的古建筑风格，人为地新建的“古镇”。但它仿古像古，不失为短途旅游亮点。
景点：
礼耕堂、五进大院、梅园，报恩桥、复兴桥。
特产：
大曲（已失传）、羊肉、拆蹄。
交通：

10、娄塘
背景：
地处嘉定区西北部的娄塘镇，独特的“娄塘街，条条歪，七曲八弯十七八个天井堂”建筑格局。
景点：
娄塘纪念坊、天主堂、印家住宅、润德堂、中光中学旧址等。
特产：
嘉定白蒜、嘉定白蚕豆、竹器、黄草编织等。

11、安亭
背景：
安亭老街位于嘉定区安亭镇，历史悠久，文化底蕴深厚。史载:“十里一亭，以安名亭，以亭为镇”，一侧是有“上海第一寺”之称的千年古刹的菩提寺。三国吴赤乌二年，安亭就有了菩提寺，传说为了吴主孙权母亲所建。国家3A旅游景区。
景点：

12、嘉定州桥
背景：
嘉定区位于上海西北部，嘉定西门老街一带，早在先秦时期已有人类活动，至南梁天监年间（502—519年）已形成聚落。唐时嘉定因练祁河得名，称练祁市。南宋嘉定十年（1218年）设县治，以年号命名“嘉定”至今。
州桥老街，系嘉定之根，AAAA级旅游景区。现嘉定西门老街一带，位于嘉定闹市区博乐广场西侧，保留着明清古民居特色。坐落在嘉定古镇中心，是古镇最繁华、最热闹的地方。
景点：
孔庙、秋霞圃、古猗园、浏河岛、汇龙潭、法华塔、嘉定博物馆等。

七宝古镇位于闵行西南部。晋代著名的文学家陆机、陆云二兄弟在公元303年被成都王司马颖所杀害，其后裔在松江立香火祠，名陆宝院。院址初在松江境陆宝山，滨吴淞江，后陆宝院又改名陆宝庵，又因吴淞江江水齿岸，陆宝庵三移其址，《松江府志》和《青浦县志》是这样记载七宝形成的：“七宝故庵也，初在陆宝山。吴越王赐以金字藏经曰：“此乃一宝也”。因此改名七宝，陆宝庵改名七宝寺。宋大中祥符元年（公元1008年）皇帝赐额“七宝教寺”，由此七宝镇正式得名。当时的“七宝教寺”有“郡东第一刹”之称。七宝古镇汉起形成，到宋初发展、明清繁盛，至今已有1000多年历史。

背景：
章堰古镇位于青浦区重固镇西北，始建于北宋南丰二年（ 1069 ）；至清乾隆年间，得益于商道之便，士绅商家纷纷迁居于此，清乾隆年间于此设新泾巡检司。抗战期间，因地处青东腹地，无日军驻扎，青东粮油都在此集散，市场兴旺。素有“金章堰，银重固”之称。
章堰古镇现如今已衰落为村庄。
景点：
金泾桥、兆昌桥、城隍庙、汇福桥。

25、奉城
背景：
奉城老街，位于奉贤区东部地区，老街呈十字形，有东街、南街、西街、北街之分。旧时大街之北又有一街东西绵亘，叫奉贤街，后称古游里，相传孔子弟子子游曾到此，故名。奉城镇历史悠久，在唐开元元年（713年）重筑捍海塘时业已成陆。上海地区最早的盐场之一，曾名青墩、青林，不少设施毁于战火。
景点：
万佛阁、奉城古城墙（遗址）、李主一烈士纪念碑、奉城高桥、曙光中学旧址等。

26、青村
背景：
青村古镇位于上海奉贤区中部，成陆于隋代，因历史上濒海产盐，遂成商贾云集的繁华市镇。元明时称青溪，清雍正后改为青村港，民国始以青村为名。2004年，青村古镇被列为上海市历史风貌保护区域。
景点：
南虹桥、永寿桥、张弼三世司马宅、财神庙等。
交通：
江五线/沪塘专线/石南专线等。

27、练塘
背景：
练塘建镇已有1000多年，练塘老街宁静安详，青青市河犹如一条玉带，蜿蜒曲折，贯穿古镇东西，10多座古桥掩映在垂柳之间。古镇老街集中于市河两侧，素墙碧瓦，幽巷曲径。传说三国东吴在此地修建了操练水军的池塘，所以得名。又有人说因为五代时有壮举的高州刺史章仔钧及夫人练夫人曾经居住在这里得名。
上塘下塘，东风前进，此四街道延市河分布，是练塘老街的核心部分。
景点：
顺德桥、救火会、酱园、陈云纪念馆，陈云故居。
特产：
茭白。
